Best phd presentation: “Tailoring the Surface Chemistry of Aluminum Nanocrystals for Plasmon-mediated Catalysis”

Dr. Hossein Robatjazi earned MS degree in Chemistry from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, and MS and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University, Houston, TX, in 2016 and 2019, respectively. His research at Rice focused at the intersection of light-matter interactions and heterogeneous catalysis with the majority of his Ph.D. research on surface modification of aluminum nanocrystals for plasmon-enhanced catalysis.
